We all have a vision of who we could be, but often find ourselves resisting change. By listening to Buddha's profound and practical teachings we can find the energy and inspiration to start moving in a new direction. We'll find it easier to develop a confident, powerful and joyful mind so that we can let go of our old habits and realize our full potential.
Each talk is a part of a series and yet self-contained. You can drop into the series anytime and still feel that you have something worthwhile to take home with you. No experience is necessary and everyone is welcome. No registration required. Cost is $10 ($5 for students and seniors)
