Lamrim, which is Tibetan for Stages of the Path to Enlightenment, is the very backbone of Kadampa Buddhism. It contains within it all of the essential teachings of Buddha Shakyamuni and is a special presentation that is renowned for it's accessibility, practicality, and effectiveness.

Please join us for an introductory series exploring the 21 objects of meditation contained within Lamrim along with preparatory prayers.

Each talk is a part of a series and yet self-contained. No experience is necessary and everyone is welcome. No registration required. Cost is $10/ $5 seniors & students. Just drop in.
