By listening to Buddha's profound and practical teachings we can find the energy and inspiration to start moving in a new direction. We'll find it easier to develop a confident, powerful and joyful mind so that we can let go of our old habits and realize our full potential.

Monday evening classes explain Buddha’s teachings in a practical way that you can incorporate into your everyday life.
New to Meditation? Each of these classes includes guided meditation, a talk, and discussion. They are especially suitable for anyone who has not attended Buddhist teachings or meditations before.

The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. These classes will present basic meditations that everyone can benefit from, an will explore how to weave a practice of meditation into our life in a way that works for each of us as an individual.
Join us for guided meditation, teaching and discussion.
$10 per class, $5 for students, seniors and unemployed; no pre-registration necessary. No one is turned away for lack of funds. These classes are especially suitable for beginners and families and include a dedication for world peace.
