We all have a vision of who we could be, but often find ourselves resisting change. By listening to Buddha’s profound and practical teachings, we can find the energy and inspiration to start moving in a new direction. We’ll find it easier to develop a confident, powerful and joyful mind so that we can let go of our old habits and realize our full potential.
