Two Wings, Wisdom and Compassion

TWO WINGS: WISDOM AND COMPASSION
A Free Public Talk at the Northgate Community Center with Gen Kelsang Khedrub

Friday, February 19 7-8:30pm

Everyone is welcome to come to this free public talk. Compassion and wisdom are said to be like the two wings of a bird. Just as a bird needs both wings to fly, so do we need both compassion and wisdom if we wish to fly to our full potential.

Please join us for a free public talk where Gen Kelsang Khedrub will offer advice on how to transform all of our experiences into meaningful opportunities to develop strong, happy, and peaceful minds.

Gen KhedrubGen Kelsang Khedrub, a Western Buddhist monk, is the Resident Teacher at the Kadampa Meditation Center in Seattle. He has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism under Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s guidance for over 15 years. His heartfelt teachings are accessible to everyone due to his practical approach and deep humility.
