Statues and paintings of Buddhas are used in meditation to inspire and encourage us to develop good qualities. The techniques of Buddhist art have been developed for thousands of years and require special skill and practice. Every aspect of Buddhist artwork reveals profound meaning and spiritual insight.

Kadampa Meditation Center Washington is a non-profit Buddhist Temple located in Ballard and is dedicated to world peace. Guided tours will be offered throughout the evening. Everyone is welcome!
